  Lisa is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a degree focus in Palliative medicine, specializing in complex symptom management for chronic illness and life threatening disease. She is certified in Palliative Care. With over 30 years of experience in the medical field, Lisa understands the increasing complexities patients and families experience in our confusing healthcare system. She is a skilled clinician, with emphasis on listening to and understanding your journey, as you live with the effects of your serious/chronic illness.

  Paul rounds out the team with a significant background as a business owner and operator. Paul was a successful Area Manager for a medium-sized hospitality company for over 15 years. Paul proudly served in the U.S. Armed Forces for six years.

Our facility is located in Manchester, NH in the Lower Level of Triangle Plaza.

Come in front of parking lot and turn right.
