    Lisa is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a degree focus in Palliative medicine, specializing in complex symptom management for chronic illness and life threatening disease. She is certified in Palliative Care. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, Lisa understands the increasing complexities patients and families experience in our confusing healthcare system. She is a skilled clinician, with emphasis on listening to and understanding your journey, as you live with the effects of your serious/chronic illness.

    Paul rounds out the team with a significant background as a business owner and operator.Paul owned his own commercial signs & lighting company for seven years. Paul was a successful Area Manager for a medium-sized hospitality company for over 15 years. Paul proudly served in the U.S. Armed Forces for six years.

  • Andrea Montgomery, LMT
    Andrea Montgomery

    Andrea is a nationally certified/licensed foot reflexologist and massage therapist in NH and MA, and is the founder/owner of Sole Tranquility. Andrea graduated from the Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork in 2001; she holds over 1200 hours of continuing training. Andrea is a member of ABMP (Associated bodywork & professionals) and also the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Service advisory board for reflexology. She has provided reflexology and integrative therapies to many people of all ages, ranging from newborn to late nineties.

Our Facility

Our facility is located in Bedford, NH in a professional subdivision set back from the road. It has a winding brick walkway and a covered porch with a view of a duck pond. It is convenient but also comfortable and calming. There are over 2,000 square feet in our facility which includes our reception area, examination room, 2 offices and the following:

  • Our resource room; which is stocked with information regarding medical illnesses.
  • A 400 square foot conference room for informational sessions for the general public, and educational seminars for medical professionals. It is also available for support groups.
  • An alternative therapy room for practicing Reiki, massage, acupuncture and more.
  • A “conversation” room with a living room feel, designed for discussions with patients and their family members.
